Brag Launch Video

Turn the project you built into a polished, shareable launch video with music and motion.

Installation

  1. Make sure Claude is on your device and in your terminal.

Skills load from ~/.claude/skills/ when Claude Code starts up — so you need it on your machine first. If you don't have it yet, install it once with the command below, then run claude in any terminal to verify.

    One-time setup
    npm i -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code

    Already have it? Skip ahead.

  2. Paste into Claude Code or into your terminal.

This copies the whole skill folder into ~/.claude/skills/brag-latent-spaces/ — the SKILL.md plus any scripts, reference docs, or templates the skill ships with. Safe default: works for every skill.

    Faster alternative (instruction-only skills)

Skips the clone and grabs only the SKILL.md file. Don't use this if the skill ships Python scripts, reference markdowns, or asset templates — they won't be downloaded and the skill will fail when it tries to load them.

    Quick install (SKILL.md only)

  3. Restart Claude Code.

Quit and reopen Claude Code (or any other agent that loads from ~/.claude/skills/). New skills are picked up on startup.

  4. Just ask Claude.

Skills auto-activate when your request matches the skill's description — no slash command needed. Trigger phrases live in the skill's own frontmatter; you can read them in the “What this skill does” section above.

When Claude uses it

Turn the current project website into a short, polished, shareable launch video using Hyperframes. Use when someone says "/brag", "let's brag about this", "make a launch video", "turn this into a video", or wants to share what they built. Reads the project code directly — no live URL or screenshots needed.

What this skill does

Turn the project you just built into a short, polished launch video, complete with music, motion, and share copy. Brag reads your code directly, so it needs no live URL and no screenshots: the words, colours, and story all come from the project itself. It writes the story, then hands a focused brief to Hyperframes, which builds, times, and renders the video.

Before you start

You need three things on your machine:

  • Node.js 22 or newer. Check with node --version.
  • FFmpeg. Check with ffmpeg -version. On a Mac with Homebrew, brew install ffmpeg installs it.
  • The Hyperframes CLI. It runs through npx, so there is nothing extra to install. Run npx hyperframes doctor once to confirm everything is ready.

How to use it

Open Claude Code in your project folder and type /brag, or just say "make a launch video for this." Brag ships with its own music and sound effects, which is why its install copies the whole skill folder rather than a single file.

Pairs with Brag Slim: on Claude Opus 5.5, /brag hands off to /brag-slim automatically. Run /brag --full to keep the classic Hyperframes workflow.
